Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated shipping address for our warehouse.
Secure Packaging
Pack the unused items securely in their original box to prevent damage during transit; please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Processing & Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
